Worked with ecommerce management team on a theme re-skin, including extensive product schema changes and porting custom features from the previous theme.
Assisted with warehouse integration – including inventory and shipment tracking.
Worked closely with customer service to identify issues and implement improvements to the customer journey.
Managed product data, collections, photos, and discounts.
Customer retention through email and SMS marketing and loyalty rewards program. Development of mobile-first email marketing templates. A/B testing of triggered emails (Browse Abandonment, Checkout Abandonment and Welcome Flows) Maintained healthy open and clickthrough rates.
Special web projects included store locator, recycle program, gift with purchase and donations. Each project included extensive UX and custom module development on top of out of the box Shopify features. Additionally, used Shopify API and a Node JS Express JS app to augment store data via the API for these programs.
